Scheduling
To make an appointment, please call our receptionist at 503-295-2366 during office hours. At that time the receptionist will ask for a brief description of your dermatologic problem, your insurance information, and a phone number to confirm your appointment.Cancellations / Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office at503-295-2366 as soon as possible. This will allow another patient the opportunity to use your scheduled time.
